01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on or using the game pk platform in any capacity — whether through the website at gamepk.win or the mobile application — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and game pk.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform. Your continued use of game pk following any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. We recommend checking this page periodically so you are always aware of the current rules.

02 Eligibility

To register and use game pk, you must meet all of the following criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for personal use.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of another person.
• You are not a current employee, contractor or immediate family member of a game pk employee.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the platform.

Game PK reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, the account will be suspended until the matter is resolved. Any winnings generated by an underage player will be voided and the deposited funds returned.

03 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on game pk. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, game pk will close all associated accounts and may void any outstanding balances pending a review of activity.

You are responsible for providing accurate and current information when registering. This includes your name, date of birth, contact number and payment details. Providing false information constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure without refund.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Game PK will never ask for your password via email, live chat or phone. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately via live chat inside the platform.

04 Deposits & Payments

Game PK operates entirely in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits are credited to your account in PKR at the time of processing. The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

• JazzCash mobile wallet
• Easypaisa mobile wallet
• Raast instant payment system
• Bank Transfer (standard processing times apply)
• Debit and credit cards
• Other supported mobile wallets as displayed at the time of deposit

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are clearly displayed during the deposit process. Game PK does not charge processing fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Deposits are credited promptly — JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect within 60 seconds, while bank transfers follow standard interbank processing windows.

All funds deposited on game pk must come from accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and any such transaction may be reversed, with the account suspended pending investigation.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed on a best-effort basis, with most standard requests completed within a few hours of submission. Larger amounts may require additional verification steps before processing is completed, which can extend the timeline to one business day.

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. If you deposited via JazzCash, your withdrawal will be returned to the same JazzCash account. This requirement exists for security and anti-fraud purposes and cannot be waived.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed at the time of your request.
• Your account must be fully verified before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• Game PK reserves the right to request supporting documentation for large withdrawal amounts.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

Game PK offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits and loyalty rewards. Each bonus is subject to its own specific terms, which are displayed at the point of claiming. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses can only be claimed once per eligible account.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses have an expiry period — any uncompleted wagering requirement after the expiry date will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
• Game PK reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational play and may not be used in a manner designed to guarantee profit.

Where game pk determines that a bonus has been claimed or used in a manner inconsistent with these terms — including through the creation of multiple accounts — the bonus will be voided and any resulting winnings cancelled.

07 Betting Rules

All bets placed on game pk are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after submission except where game pk explicitly offers a cash-out or bet-edit feature for the specific market. The following general betting rules apply across all sports markets on the platform:

• Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement and are subject to change until the bet is confirmed.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of live data feeds. Bets may be suspended or rejected during live events if data integrity cannot be confirmed.
• For cricket markets — including PSL, T20 internationals and ODIs — specific market rules are detailed on the relevant betting page. In cases of rain interruption, revised targets (via DLS method) or match abandonment, standard cricket market rules apply as documented.
• The minimum and maximum bet amounts for each market are displayed before placement.
• Game PK reserves the right to limit stakes or restrict markets for individual accounts where necessary.
• Bets placed on events whose outcome was already determined at the time of placement will be voided.

If a technical error results in an incorrect odds display, game pk reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes, regardless of the apparent outcome. This applies to both pre-match and in-play markets.

08 Casino & Games

The Live Casino, Fish Games and Slots sections on game pk operate using certified random number generation (RNG) systems where applicable, and live dealer feeds sourced from regulated studios for the Live Casino section. Game PK does not control the underlying game outcomes — these are determined by the game providers' systems.

The following rules apply across all casino and game sections:

• Game results are final. Disputes regarding individual game outcomes must be raised with support within 24 hours of the session in question.
• Disconnection during a live casino session or fish game round does not void a bet already placed. If the game round completes in your absence, the result stands.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by game and table, and are displayed within the game interface.
• Fish Game scores and multipliers are determined by the game system and cannot be altered by game pk support.

09 Fair Play Policy

Game PK is committed to maintaining a fair and honest gaming environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of balance:

• Use of betting bots, automated scripts or any software that places bets without direct human input.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Systematic exploitation of bonus terms, known as bonus abuse.
• Arbitrage betting strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome across multiple accounts or platforms.
• Exploitation of technical errors, display glitches or incorrect odds caused by system faults.
• Sharing account credentials with another person and allowing them to operate your account.

Game PK's risk and security team monitors activity continuously. Where suspicious patterns are identified, game pk may request further verification, place temporary restrictions on withdrawals or suspend the account pending investigation. The outcome of such investigations is at game pk's discretion and is final.

10 Privacy & Data

You may also request the closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon account closure at your request, any remaining verified balance (net of any bonus obligations) will be processed back to your registered payment method. In cases of closure due to a terms violation, the treatment of your balance will depend on the nature of the breach.

13 Limitation of Liability

Game PK provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain consistent uptime and performance, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Temporary downtime for maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside our control (including third-party payment system outages) may occur.

To the maximum extent permitted, game pk's liability to any individual player is limited to the value of funds held in that player's verified account at the time of the relevant issue. Game PK is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or consequential damages arising from platform use.

Game PK is not responsible for any losses caused by a player's failure to secure their account credentials, or for actions taken by a third party who gained access to an account due to the player sharing their login details.

14 Changes to These Terms
